CRAs are always making sure that site clearly understands recruitment expectations and project timelines. CRAs are also responsible for reminding sites to complete the appropriate documents (specific logs e.g.), eCRF. Evaluating screening activity, praising progress and if appropriate, suggesting ways of improvement. While obtaining an update on enrolment activities, CRA also always tries to identify the reason for non-enrolment, which allows to evaluate any trends that may developing and then escalate problems and difficulties to the responsible PM.
